hireful is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to join an award-winning HR team in a progressive housing provider. You will act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers across the organisation, handling an ER caseload including performance, conduct, attendance, and flexible working requests.

You will coach leaders, run training sessions, and analyse ER case trends to identify risks and implement preventative solutions while ensuring fair outcomes in a complex multi-site setting.
