Are you an experienced Residential Property Manager looking to work for a large and well-respected business? Looking for a long-term career packed with development opportunities? Look no further.

In this role you will manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the whole rental process, keeping everything up to date and dealing with any enquiries or issues.

Location: Winchester

Role: Permanent, Full time / 9-6 / Mon – Fri / 1 in 7 Saturdays 9-1

What you will be doing:

  • Carry out six-monthly property inspections across the SFH portfolio
  • Identify and report maintenance, health & safety and compliance issues
  • Coordinate and conduct tenant move-ins, check-ins and check-outs
  • Complete and review inventory checks at the start and end of tenancies
  • Ensure properties are presented to a high standard prior to occupancy
  • Compare check-out conditions against inventories and report damages or issues
  • Liaise with contractors, tenants and internal teams as required
  • Maintain accurate inspection notes, reports and records on property systems
