A Housing Association in the Tees Valley is seeking a Service Charge Analyst to join a team that combines analytical investigation with site visits.

You’ll review service charge schedules, validate against tenancy agreements, and travel to housing schemes to verify assets on site.

You’ll work closely with Housing, Finance, Asset Management and contractors to improve data accuracy, deliver fair charges, and produce reports that support decision‑making and compliance with leasehold obligations.
