While the role can be primarily remote, there is an expectation of regular on-site presence, including a minimum of one day per week in the office, with two all-in office days a month. The postholder will also be required to attend regular events in Parliament and external face-to-face meetings to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.

Our client's London office is based in a vibrant and eco-conscious shared workspace in south London. You'll be based in a dynamic, purpose-driven space designed to support collaboration and innovation. The building offers excellent on-site facilities, including a vegan café and a programme of monthly events, workshops, and networking opportunities with other charities and NGOs based there. With its welcoming, inclusive environment, it's a place where people come together to work, connect, and drive meaningful change every day.

About the Role

As Senior Campaigns and Public Affairs Officer, you'll play a leading role in driving our client's public campaigning and parliamentary engagement, helping to influence policy and inspire action on some of the world's most pressing humanitarian challenges. Working closely with colleagues across communications, fundraising and international advocacy, you'll create compelling campaign content, coordinate stakeholder engagement, represent our client within influential coalitions and networks, and ensure their campaigns deliver measurable impact. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery to help shape policy, mobilise supporters and make a real difference to the lives of people living in extreme poverty.

About You

You're a strategic and passionate campaigner who knows how to inspire people to take action and influence decision-makers to create lasting change. An excellent communicator and relationship builder, you have experience delivering impactful public campaigns, engaging parliamentarians and stakeholders, and working collaboratively across teams and coalitions to achieve shared goals. You're organised, proactive and adaptable, with strong project management skills and the confidence to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Driven by a commitment to tackling global inequality, you share our client's values and are motivated by the opportunity to use your skills to help address hunger, climate change and conflict.

Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion
