They are looking for a Human Resources Assistant to join their HR team. This role is a key part of this team, providing valuable support to the organisation and helping to ensure the smooth running of all their HR processes.
About the role: As their HR Assistant, you will support the work of the Head of HR and HR & Office Manager. You will provide support in all aspects of the work of the department, including recruitment, onboarding and induction, and the updating of their HR records. You will also have a co-ordinating role in the organisation of international travel. You will need to have some previous experience of working in an HR department, though training will also be given to support this experience. Your primary focus will be related to staff based in the UK, but as an HR team they also provide some support to our non-UK based teams, including their Advocacy and International Programmes teams. There are currently two UK office locations, the main office at Wilton near Salisbury, and a second smaller base in London.
About you: To be successful as their HR Assistant, you will have a positive, can-do approach, good organisational skills, and a strong attention to detail. You will also have high quality administrative skills and the ability to develop great working relationships with others.
Contract type: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per annum, pro-rata dependent on experience.
Location: main office in Salisbury, wherever located (currently at The Guild, Wilton, Salisbury, SP2 0RS), with flexibility and home working options for part of the week.
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, with flexibility around when the hours are worked, as they have generous flexible and home working practices.
