What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and deliver a UK growth and sales strategy aligned with wider international objectives
- Lead, mentor and develop a small, high-impact sales team
- Own and grow major national accounts, negotiating commercial agreements and long-term partnerships
- Strengthen and expand distributor and partner networks through structured programmes and performance management
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, service and operations to deliver cohesive customer solutions
- Provide accurate forecasting, commercial insight and performance reporting
