This Sales Advisor role is based in East Riding, Yorkshire and is commutable from Hull, Swanland, Hessle, Anlaby, Willerby, Cottingham, Beverley, Brough, South Cave, North Cave, Elloughton, Welton, Barton-upon-Humber, Brigg and surrounding areas. Working Monday–Friday from 8:00am–5:00pm (including some Saturdays), there is a competitive salary on offer that will reflect the experience that you can bring to the role!

A long list of benefits include 24 days' holiday plus bank holidays, birthday off, pension, life insurance, healthcare cash plan, excellent manufacturer training, career development, staff discounts, uniform and free parking.

What you'll be doing:

  • Advise customers in the showroom on the right garden and ground care machinery for their needs, from handheld tools and ride-on mowers through to robotic mowing solutions.
  • Carry out on-site equipment demonstrations and deliver handover training, so every customer leaves confident with their new kit.
  • Build strong, lasting customer relationships and manage your pipeline using the CRM system, following company sales processes throughout.
  • Represent the business at shows and customer events, promoting a portfolio of industry-leading brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What you need to bring:

  • A genuine interest in and understanding of garden or ground care machinery, whether that comes from sales, retail, farming, or a personal passion for the products.
  • A confident, customer-first approach with strong communication skills. You're comfortable talking to a wide range of people and enjoy helping them make the right choice.
  • Confidence with IT and CRM systems; full training is provided, so you don't need to be an expert from day one.
  • Experience in equipment or machinery sales is preferred but not essential. Attitude and enthusiasm matter more than a perfect CV.

Why you'll love this job:

You'll work with some of the best-known brands in the industry and access manufacturer training to keep your knowledge sharp and your credibility high. There's a genuine career path here, with tailored development and a friendly team that invests in its people for the long term.
