A growing, purpose-led financial services organisation is looking for a Risk Analyst (Risk & Assurance) to join its Compliance, Oversight, Risk & Assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced risk professional looking to develop their career within a regulated financial services environment. Reporting to the Risk & Assurance Manager, you’ll deliver independent assurance reviews, objective control testing and Enterprise Risk Management activities. You’ll help ensure risks are identified, assessed and monitored effectively, controls remain robust and remediation actions are delivered. The role would suit an experienced Risk Analyst, Operational Risk Analyst, Risk & Compliance Analyst, Assurance Analyst or Compliance Analyst with experience in risk, assurance, compliance, internal audit or governance within financial services. We’re looking for someone analytical, highly organised and confident communicating risk to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of FCA/PRA requirements, Consumer Duty, financial crime, control testing or GRC systems would be advantageous, alongside IRM, ICA, IIA or ISO-related qualifications.
