As Records Assistant you’ll review files, deal with any requests, add files to internal systems and liaise with external file storage entities. Salary – Up to £23,504 Per Annum Location – Edinburgh Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / Mon-Fri / 33.75 hours per week Benefits – 25 Days Holiday + BH, Enhanced Penson + more The Role The Records team handles requests for files, deeds, and documents, ensuring all records are logged in our internal systems before being sent off-site for storage. The role includes scanning Wills, Powers of Attorney, and other deeds, coordinating office deliveries and pickups, and managing file returns in line with the firm’s File Retention Policy. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
