Are you a Property or Housing Surveyor with experience in Social Housing / Housing Association? Stop scrolling, we could have your next role right here…. What you’ll do You’ll deliver a range of professional property surveys to inform asset management decisions, such as: stock condition, asbestos re-inspections, HHSRS surveys and energy performance assessments. Your expertise will help validate future investment needs and ensure compliance with housing standards, including Decent Homes and HHSRS. Collaborating with stakeholders, you’ll provide technical advice, maintain accurate records, and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
