Are you an experienced Property Manager looking to work for a large and well-respected business? Want to work with high end residential properties? Look no further.
Your role involves managing residential lettings, addressing tenancy issues, coordinating repairs, and overseeing property check-ins and check-outs. You will conduct quarterly property inspections, informing landlords of any updates and tenants of necessary actions. During check-outs, you will work with all parties to ensure a quick and fair resolution and deposit return.
