We are looking for a Sourcing / Procurement Specialist, to join a large team buying for the Private and Public Sector within Healthcare, including Pharmaceutical, Medical and Surgical categories. Salary – Up to Β£45,000 depending on qualifications and experience Location – central Birmingham / Hybrid (2-3 days from home) Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 8:30-4:30 (Flexible start/finish times) / Mon-Fri Benefits – Pension, 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays, Volunteering Leave, Private healthcare, Purchase up to 10 days annual leave + more… This role supports end-to-end strategic sourcing across assigned healthcare product categories, developing strategies to drive value, mitigate risk, and improve supplier leverage. What you'll be doing: Manage the full procurement process, from market research and bid preparation through to contract launch. Present sourcing strategies and final award recommendations to internal stakeholders and contribute to customer-facing presentations.
