Are you an experienced Agricultural machinery salesperson who knows what it takes to build strong relationships and grow territory sales? We’re looking for an ambitious Agricultural Machinery Area Sales Manager to take ownership of a defined sales territory around West Yorkshire.

This is a field-based role where you’ll manage and develop existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities and increasing market share. You’ll manage your own diary through a modern CRM system, prioritising customer visits, demonstrations, quotations and follow-up activity to consistently deliver against sales targets.

Location: Pontefract and surrounding area – local areas such as Knottingley, Castleford, Darrington, Eggborough, Wakefield would be good residing locations.

Salary: Highly competitive base + uncapped commission + company vehicle.

You’ll become a trusted partner to customers, understanding their operations and recommending the right machinery, technology and finance solutions to meet their needs. You’ll conduct field demonstrations, support equipment deliveries and maintain relationships throughout the customer journey.

To succeed, you’ll ideally have 2+ years’ agricultural equipment sales experience. You’ll be commercially driven, confident negotiating with customers and comfortable analysing sales and performance data.

We’re also open to established agricultural machinery professionals looking to make their move into sales, provided you have strong technical knowledge and a genuine understanding of agricultural operations and productivity-enhancing technology.
