We are working closely with a growing SaaS software product business operating at an exciting stage of development, looking for an experienced Project Manager. With a newly built and refreshed product platform, an expanding customer base, and multiple simultaneous delivery streams running across the business, they need an exceptional Project Manager to keep everything moving. This is a broad, high-visibility role working directly alongside six Heads of Department - and a genuine opportunity to make a real impact.
Location: UK-based – Southeast, Central, East / West Midlands preferred (office in Oxfordshire / Bucks area) but otherwise flexible with remote working available.
Salary: up to £70,000 pro rata (£60K - £70K range), plus a benefits package. Working arrangement: flexible / remote-friendly. South central England.
Contract type: Six-month fixed term, with the potential to extend or transition to a permanent position for the right person. Immediately available, or able to start within two weeks.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of concurrent project streams across the business - from initial scoping (with Department heads) and planning through to delivery, tracking dependencies and progress across all departments.
- Working closely with six Heads of Department as your primary stakeholders, ensuring visibility, alignment, and clear communication across every workstream.
- Coordinating the delivery of new software features to customers, platform migration projects from legacy systems to the new product, and sales and marketing implementation projects.
- Owning the plan, not the delivery - you will work with the teams to drive progress, identify risks, and remove blockers rather than delivering directly yourself.
- Keeping senior stakeholders informed with clear, concise updates and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks across a diverse and fast-moving project landscape.
What you need to bring:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager managing multiple concurrent projects streams in a SaaS, product or modern working environment. Software company, end user, or consultancy experience all work.
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail - you can hold a large number of moving parts in your head and know exactly where each project stands at any given moment.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders across multiple departments without direct authority.
- A structured but pragmatic approach - you know when to follow process and when to be flexible, and you bring calm clarity to complex, fast-moving situations.
- Immediately available, or able to start within two weeks.
Why you'll love this job:
- This is a genuinely varied role with real breadth - you will touch product, commercial, and operational delivery, giving you exposure across the whole business rather than a narrow workstream.
- You will have a direct line to senior leadership and real influence over how projects land, with the potential to shape how the business manages delivery going forward.
- There is a clear runway beyond the initial six months - this role has strong potential to extend or convert to a permanent position for someone who makes it their own.
- If you are an experienced Project Manager available immediately and looking for a role where you can make a tangible difference from day one, we would love to hear from you. Apply now with your CV!
