hireful is seeking an IT Account Manager to join its managed IT services team, supporting schools across England. The role is based in Oxford with a hybrid pattern (3 days in the office, 2 from home) and a base salary of £32k–£36k plus benefits.
You will manage the full customer journey from enquiries and requirements through to quotations, orders and delivery, building trusted relationships with schools, suppliers and internal teams while meeting SLAs and identifying new sales opportunities.
