About the Job
- Working within our Consultancy team as an Operational Performance Improvement Consultant you will support external clients.
- Managing delivery of the specific project deliverables at sites and/or clients assigned, within allotted timeframes and within the agreed project budgets.
- Developing strong relationships with key client management at operational and senior levels.
- Leading or supporting project leads, Senior Consultants, and Business Development team in client reviews, scoping activities and client proposals.
- Identifying on-selling opportunities and working with the Senior consultancy team to articulate the opportunity and create proposals.
About You

- Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement - proven capability of process design and process improvement.
- Experience of delivering Operational Excellence including data analysis and business cases to drive tangible results.
- Ability to facilitate discussions and knowledge transfer sessions - excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence with, and competence in, dealing with multiple stakeholders across a range of management levels - ability to build credible relationships.
- A high degree of initiative and strong problem-solving capability - ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions.
- Strong planning, organising, and time management skills.
