Join the UK's leading anaerobic digestion operator as a Plant Operator and take the next step in your engineering career as a key member of our site leadership team. Supporting the Site or General Manager, you'll play a vital role in the safe, compliant and cost-effective operation of a high-performing AD facility, helping to maximise renewable energy generation while maintaining exceptional environmental and safety standards.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll take ownership of plant performance, working with advanced systems such as SCADA and CCTV to monitor operations, respond to issues, and optimise output. From maintaining the health of digesters to driving continuous improvement initiatives, you'll be central to ensuring the site consistently meets and exceeds KPI and budget targets.
You'll contribute to planned preventative maintenance, manage contractors and resources, and ensure the site remains a benchmark for operational excellence and housekeeping.
