There is an upcoming audit, so an expert is needed who can dive straight into the system, rectify historical data gaps, and ensure case management is beyond reproach.

What you'll be doing:

  • Log, manage, and audit all cases within the Housing Ombudsman portal, ensuring absolute data integrity.
  • Collaborate across the business to gather robust evidence and compile high-quality case histories.
  • Proactively identify gaps in current records and mitigate risks ahead of our regulatory audit.

Why you'll love this job:

This is a fully remote role where you can make a tangible impact from day one. Or, if you enjoy going to an office, then you can go to the office in Stockton-on-Tees as much as you like each week. Salary negotiable depending on your skills and experience, but we're looking somewhere circa £30-40k.
