Working for a world-class manufacturer, with offices in both the UK and USA, you'll be heading up all Marketing and Communications (and we want someone bold and brave for this gig). This means developing the strategy, then delivering it, with your small internal team and network of suppliers, contractors and agencies to support you.
There's a lot to go after here: whether it's events like exhibitions / trade shows, white papers, sponsorship opportunities, media presence and product launches. You'll be using Salesforce CRM to manage and dive into the data, helping you set and monitor KPI's plus identify opportunities and measure ROI.
Collaborating with the Sales team on lead generation, reviewing the company's digital presence... you will love the variety of this role and the influence you can have here.
Salary up to £60,000 for the right person, including a whole host of benefits including healthcare, profit share scheme, buying extra annual leave, enhanced maternity/paternity, and loads more perks. You'll be dividing your time between the office near Middlesbrough and home in this hybrid role, with some extra freebie days off like Christmas Eve and your birthday too.
