Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating, managing, and executing successful wedding events.
- Handle and convert wedding and event enquiries from the initial stages to final details, accurately communicating client requirements to the Operational team.
- Influence the promotion and sales of Weddings and Events at the venue.
- Conduct show rounds for weddings and events, ensuring correct information is given to the appropriate enquiry.
- Work closely alongside couples, guiding them through the planning process, devising the wedding day schedule, and ensuring their requirements and expectations are understood, agreed and met.
- Coordinate the order of the day, ensuring timeliness, working with the Food and Beverage Manager, Kitchen and Front of House staff.
- Liaise with internal and external suppliers and vendors.
- Assist couples with decor and events.
- Manage social media accounts, create content and manage marketing campaigns.
You must be committed and energetic to build and bring the wedding business forward. Be prepared to work on weekends and late evenings, taking days off on weekdays.

On-the-Day Coordination
- Complete pre-event setup and liaise with the set-up team to ensure all preparations are made accordingly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team, ensuring any specific requests/menu details have been noted and prepared for in advance.
- Oversee different aspects of the event preparation and ensure all is complete to a high standard.
- Complete a pre-event checklist involving multiple checks prior to the event. This includes catering, decor, sound AV system, lighting and many other aspects.
- Act as the main point of contact for the couple, their families, and external vendors on the wedding day.
- Oversee venue setup in line with the agreed layout.
- Manage the event timeline, including ceremony start, food service, speeches, nikkah, family pictures and any scheduled entertainment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise quickly and discreetly.
- Support the bridal party with logistics such as coordinating entrance cues and ensuring there is an assigned family member for the correct soundtrack.
- Make announcements of the day if there is no DJ, welcoming guests to AM lobby area canapés and drinks, cueing for entrances, getting guests seated, cake cutting countdown and any family & friends name list.
Guest Experience & Venue Standards
- Greet and guide guests as needed; ensure comfort and accessibility.
- Monitor service levels and maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the event.
- Cross-check all guest tables on the day, liaising with guests and families to ensure all expectations are met to a high standard.
- Build rapport with guests.
Post-Event Duties
- Oversee the breakdown and cleanup of the event space.
- Ensure all personal items, gifts, are safely handed over to the designated point of contact.
- Ensure post-event checks are complete.
