Overview
In this role you will bridge technical know-how with the sales process to win new business. You’ll lead technical discovery, assessments and workshops, translating client challenges into technology recommendations across security, data, cloud and data-center topics. You’ll support proposals, deliver engaging demos, and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey. Working with sales, engineering and service delivery, you help design solutions that meet real customer needs while growing the business. This hybrid role offers exposure to diverse technologies and IBM solutions in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery sessions with customers
- Conduct assessments and workshops translating business challenges into technology recommendations
- Support proposals and RFP responses
- Deliver presentations and product demonstrations
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer journey
- Collaborate with sales, engineering and service delivery to design customer-centric solutions
Key requirements
- Technical IT background
- Customer-facing experience or good communication skills
- Pre-sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory if strong technically capable),
