We are looking for a brilliant Office Manager who has a background in corporate environments (law, real estate, finance or similar).
If you thrive on keeping facilities spotless, supplies stocked, and daily operations completely seamless, this is the role for you.
Location is Manchester city centre with occasional travel to other offices around the North West.
Salary circa £32-34,000 plus excellent benefits including healthcare cover, generous holiday and annual bonus.
What You’ll Be Doing
Keep the office looking sharp, coordinate with building facilities, and manage site contractors.
Oversee stationery ordering, equipment upkeep, invoice approvals, and inventory checks.
Maintain safety logs, arrange risk assessments, and ensure compliance standards are met effortlessly.
Support room bookings, caterings, and event setups so client visits run without a hitch.
Provide training and mentorship to office support staff to keep daily rotas balanced.
What You Need
Solid experience in facilities or office management, in a relevant corporate background.
