Keen to work for a company that is on a mission to make the financial world less “computer says no” and more “let's find a way?” We provide bespoke lending solutions to UK homeowners who might be overlooked by traditional lenders, and we do it with purpose, heart and a healthy respect for doing the right thing.
We are growing, and we need another mortgage Adviser to join our team. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where leads fly in from every direction, and no two conversations are the same. You'll listen to customers' stories, assess their needs and recommend solutions that genuinely fit.
Role: Mortgage Adviser, Mortgage Representative, Mortgage Consultant, Mortgage Broker, Mortgage Advisor etc.
Salary: up to £35k base DOE + Commission (OTE of circa £50k)
Location: Manchester City Centre – 3 days a week in the office.
What we're looking for:
- At least 12 months' experience in a mortgage adviser role
- CeMAP qualified, part-qualified, or ready to commit to our training programme
- Ability to work in our Manchester city centre office at least three days a week
