The Marketing Executive - Digital & Campaigns will support the planning, delivery and optimisation of Celerity's integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, content, events and partner marketing.

Working closely with the Marketing & Customer Success Director, the New Business Team and strategic technology partners, the Marketing Executive will help generate awareness, engagement and qualified leads across Celerity's key technology areas, including Cyber Security, AI, Data Resilience, Infrastructure and Software.

This role will suit a hands-on marketer with experience delivering B2B campaigns who wants to grow their expertise in demand generation, Hub Spot, technology marketing and strategic partner campaigns.

It is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in a similar B2B role supporting or delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns as well as practical experience across email marketing, social media, content or digital channels and use of CRM (Hub Spot experience is desirable) and a dynamic person who wants to deepen their experience in campaign management, marketing automation, lead generation and enterprise technology marketing.

  • The key responsibilities are: Campaign Delivery
  • Support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns aligned to business and sales priorities.
  • Coordinate email, digital, social media, webinar, event and partner marketing activity.
  • Manage campaign timelines and ensure activity is delivered accurately, on time and within agreed budgets.
  • Prepare briefs and coordinate internal colleagues, agencies, designers and suppliers.
  • Maintain campaign plans, schedules and records.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Create and schedule digital marketing campaigns.
  • Build and update landing pages, forms and campaign assets.
  • Support paid digital campaigns across relevant platforms.
  • Monitor digital performance and recommend practical improvements.
  • Lead Generation and Nurture
  • Build and maintain campaign workflows and nurture journeys in Hub Spot.
  • Support lead-generation campaigns and timely follow-up activity.
  • Maintain accurate campaign, contact and consent data.
  • Work with the New Business Team to support lead handover and feedback.
  • Track engagement, lead quality and conversion through the funnel.
  • Partner Marketing
  • Coordinate campaign activity with strategic technology partners eg IBM.
  • Support the administration and delivery of partner-funded campaigns.
  • Coordinate co-branded content, digital campaigns & webinars.
  • Maintain deadlines, records and evidence required for MDF claims and partner reporting.
  • Content and Webinars
  • Draft campaign emails, social posts, landing-page copy and promotional materials.
  • Support the development of customer stories, campaign content and sales-supporting assets.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of Celerity owned webinars, working with internal subject matter experts, technology partners and guest speakers.
  • Performance and reporting
  • Produce regular reports on campaign delivery, engagement, leads and conversion.
  • Use campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate campaign records in Hub Spot and other systems.
  • Prepare insights and updates for stakeholder reviews.
  • Collaboration
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Technical Practices and Business Unit leaders.
  • Support wider marketing initiatives where required.
  • Contribute to a high-performing and collaborative marketing team.
