This is a
key leadership position
within a well-established practice. You will oversee daily clinical operations, mentor junior and graduate vets, and handle complex cases around the
Kent area.
What You'll Be Doing: Oversee clinical workflow and day-to-day operations at the Canterbury practice. Provide caseload guidance, mentorship, and clinical oversight to junior and graduate vets. Lead on advanced diagnostics, complex casework, and surgical or medical escalations. Maintain high standards of client communication and patient care throughout Kent.
