About the Role

We are looking for an organised and forward-thinking HR Administrator to join a sports outfit based in the Lincolnshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high standard of administrative support. As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring records are accurately maintained and providing an efficient and professional HR service to colleagues across the business. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for growth and development within a successful sports outfit that is going through a stage of growth. You will have a variety of work; no one day will be the same, and there will be plenty of opportunities to learn and develop your skills. You will also be working with brilliant leaders who are passionate about the business.

About You

You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As well as enjoying learning new aspects and having a 'can-do attitude', you will:

  • Ideally have previous experience working within an HR department but we would consider those from a people-focused environment too
  • Have working knowledge of HR systems
  • Exhibit excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Have the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Maintain a professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
  • Demonstrate a positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable:

  • CIPD qualification or studying towards a CIPD qualification
  • Understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
