Heathrow, West London £55,000–£65,000 base + bonus + Company Car / Car Allowance Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week Are you an experienced automotive aftersales leader ready to take the next step in your career?

An award-winning automotive group is looking for an ambitious Aftersales Manager to lead its Mercedes-Benz Passenger Car Aftersales operation in Heathrow and play a key role in its continued growth.

This is a hands-on leadership role covering Service and Parts, where you'll be responsible for driving workshop performance, productivity and profitability while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You'll lead, coach and develop your team, including apprentices, creating a high-performance culture where people are motivated to achieve their best.

You'll take ownership of departmental KPIs, cost management, compliance, quality standards and customer satisfaction, while working closely with teams across the wider business to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

You'll use customer and market insight to identify areas for improvement and support initiatives that strengthen customer retention and aftersales performance.

We're looking for someone with extensive motor industry experience at Aftersales Management level, strong knowledge of workshop operations and business administration, and a proven ability to achieve results through effective people leadership.

You'll be a visible, resilient and strategic leader who leads from the front and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional customer service.
