Salary: Competitive (Dependent on Experience)

Workdays: Monday - Friday - 8.30/9am start

About The Role

We are looking for an organised and forward-thinking HR Administrator to join a sports outfit based in the Lincolnshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a high standard of administrative support. As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring records are accurately maintained and providing an efficient and professional HR service to colleagues across the business. This would be a great opportunity for someone looking for growth and development within a successful sports outfit that is going through a stage of growth. You’ll have a variety of work; no one day will be the same and there will be plenty of opportunity to learn and develop your skills. About You

  • Ideally have previous experience working within a HR department but we would consider those from people-focused environments too
  • Working knowledge of HR systems
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn

Desirable

  • CIPD qualification or studying towards a CIPD qualification
  • Understanding of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
