If you love working in property but you’re craving something more interesting, this one’s going to grab your attention… This role is with a national property consultancy, as Lettings Negotiator in their Asset Management team, working on one of the UK’s biggest infrastructure portfolios. This is a genuinely unique role letting and managing properties for clients such as HS2, National Highways and East West Rail. This isn’t your typical residential lettings job. Instead, you’ll be working across a mixed portfolio of residential houses, small commercial units, farmland, land parcels and temporary compounds, all held as part of major infrastructure projects. No two properties (or days) are ever the same.
What you’ll be doing:
- Marketing properties to let and arranging viewings
- Registering applicants and contacting them about suitable properties
- Negotiating terms and producing tenancy documentation
- Completing reference checks, ensuring cleared funds, other compliance checks
This is a full time, permanent role, working on a hybrid basis, with the office in central Birmingham a short walk from the cathedral, nearest train station Snow Hill.
