This varied role combines estimating, project coordination, technical support and customer relationship management, supporting the delivery of distinctive residential and commercial projects while working closely with architects, developers, contractors and private clients.
Based in Northamptonshire and easily commutable from Northampton, Daventry, Rugby, Market Harborough and Kettering, this Sales Estimator role offers a salary of £40,000–£45,000 DOE, plus monthly and annual bonus schemes, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a contributory pension, enhanced service-related benefits and a supportive working environment.
- Preparing quotations from drawings, specifications and project enquiries.
- Managing projects from quotation through to completion.

Previous experience in estimating, project management, technical sales or a similar construction-related role is required. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is essential. Knowledge of CAD, along with an understanding of construction products or building materials, would be beneficial.
