About us
hireful is a technology company that develops cloud-based recruitment software (Applicant Tracking System, or ATS) for small to medium-sized businesses. Alongside our software, we also provide training and recruitment services.
You\'ll join our friendly Tech Team and play a key role in supporting and implementing our bespoke cloud-based application with clients.
Location & salary
- Location: Strixton, Northamptonshire (easy reach from Wellingborough, Northampton, Olney, Rushden, Higham Ferrers, Earls Barton, Wollaston, Bozeat etc.)
- Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home — Reliable transport to the office in Strixton needed.
- Salary: £14,526.20
What you\'ll be doing
As an apprentice you\'ll get a real mix of training and practical experience, including:
- Handling support tickets and troubleshooting client issues with the team
- Joining product development meetings and contributing ideas for new features
- Helping manage projects — building, testing, and implementing demo systems
- Assisting clients as they go live and start using our software
- Learning to use tools such as HappyFox, Jira, Redash (SQL), HTML, and CSS
What we\'re looking for
This could be the perfect role for you if you have:
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when working with people
- A genuine interest in IT software and technology (systems, coding, cloud, etc.)
- Maths & English GCSE (or equivalent)
- Reliable transport to the office in Strixton 3 days per week - due to the rural location, it\'s not accessible by public transport
