This hybrid role is based in Hounslow, Middlesex - easily commutable from London, Slough, Windsor, Woking, Harrow, Watford, etc. Shape, refine, and continuously improve the group's procurement strategy and commercial capability. Keep things running smoothly under the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Lead complex, high-value procurement projects while embedding top-tier supplier and contract management frameworks. Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. Proven experience leading procurement in the public sector or other complex, regulated environment (e.g social housing)Expert knowledge of public procurement law, ideally with Procurement Act 2023 Practitioner Level certification.
