About the Job
Your role as an HR Ops Partner is to ensure you understand your stakeholder needs and provide the best HR service, whilst ensuring alignment to the Unipart wide HR People Strategy. You will be responsible for the delivery of the people strategy with your management teams including but not limited to annual HR activities (engagement surveys, performance review etc), organisational design, resource planning and partnership with employee forums. You will also be responsible for the delivery of site-based change management projects such as TUPE/Transition activities and other HR change projects as required. The role will largely be site based, with one day working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR subject matter expertise and support to the site senior management team members regarding employment law
- Partner with the senior management team within your sites
- Deputise for the HRBP where required
- Provide guidance and coaching to your sector stakeholders
- Lead, where required, HR work streams for change programmes/projects (TUPE, Restructure, Redundancy, shift changes resource planning)
- Support annual pay review and bonus process to ensure accurate and timely delivery and communication
- Develop, coach and deliver HR training modules and other training and development activities
- Design and deliver effective recruitment campaigns
- Support the interview and selection process of site senior management where applicable
- Support with HR related activities, such as the re-evaluation of job grades and remuneration packages
About You
- Experience within an HR Advisory / Consultant role, ideally gained within a fast-paced warehousing / logistics environment
- CIPD qualified β Level 5 or above (or working towards / relevant work experience)
- Effective understanding of HR processes and procedures
- IT literate with a good working knowledge of MS Office & Google Suites, HR systems
- Previous experience of managing change management processes (TUPE / redundancy / restructures etc.)
- Experience working with a shared service team
- Up to date, working knowledge of current country employment law and experience in employee relations
