You\'ll be based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire - but there will be occasional travel to other company sites in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Surrey.
Working closely with the Head of HR and site leadership teams, you will champion all things related to people and culture, acting as trusted advisor.
Ensuring the HR teams at each site deliver on their People goals, plus driving change and transformation projects relating to systems and processes, to support global alignment.
