We are looking for a reliable Multi‑Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background to join the team. You’ll be a key part of the crew keeping 11 production lines running across our two local sites on the outskirts of Hull and Grimsby. If you enjoy troubleshooting, fixing complex machinery, and working in a fast‑paced environment where your hard work is actually noticed, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Fixing electrical and mechanical breakdowns quickly to keep production moving.
  • Looking for ways to stop the same machine faults from happening again.
  • Reading and working from electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic drawings.
  • Helping to install and set up new machinery and systems.
  • Doing fabrication and repair work whenever it’s needed.
  • Working with the production team to make the lines run smoother and more efficiently.
  • Keeping an eye on spare parts and stock levels so we always have what we need to fix a problem.

What You Need

  • A solid background in electrical systems (this is essential).
  • Experience working with pneumatic and hydraulic systems (this is a plus).
  • A history of working in manufacturing or sawmilling environments.
  • The ability to stay calm and focused when a machine goes down and the pressure is on.
