The Scotland fundraising manager role sits within their vibrant community and events team, reporting into the head of community and events. The team builds strong, long-term relationships regionally and nationally to maximise potential across all income streams. They deliver a diverse portfolio of in-person and virtual events, challenges and activities to engage networks and wider supporters in fundraising activity and tailored stewardship journeys to help them build a community of lifetime supporters. 2025/26 has been an exciting year of growth with a focus on developing flagship events, increasing participation in third-party challenges, delivering new virtual events and enhancing stewardship experiences. The budget is circa £1.8m across all income streams.
The Role:
- Develop and exceed recruitment and fundraising targets with a strong understanding of supporter stewardship and fundraising best practice
- Build strong, long-term relationships with supporters, enabling them to achieve and raise more than they thought was possible
- Work both autonomously and as part of a team to deliver fundraising results
- Lead on regional and national relationship-building to maximise income potential
