Look no further. As Field Service Technician, your job will be to carry out repairs and servicing on a variety of different types of medical equipment. Don’t worry if you don’t have previous medical equipment experience as full training will be given on all products! Salary – £27,000 Per Annum + On call and callout extra pay Location – Brynmawr / South Wales / Regular travel in company vehicle Role Type – Full time / Permanent / 8:30-5:30 / Occasional call out rota Benefits – 26 days annual leave rising to 28 + BH (+ Book Your Birthday Off Work and the option to buy/sell/carry over annual leave), pension, Employee Assistance Programme, Bike2Work, free onsite parking, long service recognition, staff discount on our products and access to Perkbox The Role In this varied role, you will plan your day efficiently to maximise completed jobs, often travelling between multiple sites, including customers’ homes, with occasional overnight stays (all expenses paid). Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll liaise with clients, sales teams, and internal staff while delivering excellent customer service. The role involves manual handling, working in confined spaces, and lots of driving! You will also manage van stock levels, maintain company equipment, and complete paperwork accurately and on time. Given the nature of the work, you must be comfortable handling emotional situations with customers facing health challenges. Adherence to company procedures, including infection control and health & safety, is crucial.
