Have you got supervisory and/or team leadership experience in a gym, leisure centre or other recreation/fitness environment e.g. spa, swim or similar? As Duty Manager you will be a keyholder for the centre, responsible for running open/close/mid shifts and supervising a team of lifeguards and leisure assistants.

Located on the West London/Middlesex border, it's in easy reach of Hounslow, Twickenham, Feltham, Heathrow, etc. Salary is £31,158 based on working any 5 days out of 7 between the opening hours of 6am and 10pm (40 hours per week). You must be flexible with your approach to working hours as you'll be scheduled shifts on a rota basis that may include evenings, weekends and early mornings.
