Overview
Seeking individuals with experience in Corporate Reception or Concierge roles, who enjoy working in a team, maintaining an immaculate front of house, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will be the face of the building, ensuring front of house is pristine and guests are warmly welcomed.
Location: Winnersh, Reading — easily commutable from Wokingham. This is a part-time role working 2 days per week (Monday and Friday).
Responsibilities
- Maintain an immaculate front of house and deliver a welcoming guest experience.
- Represent the building brand and provide excellent customer service to visitors and tenants.
- Collaborate with the facilities team as needed to support smooth front-of-house operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate reception or concierge roles and strong customer/client-facing skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Exposure to building operations/facilities management such as conducting safety inspections and overseeing contractors on site, checking work permits, etc. (preferred).
- Related qualifications such as First Aid or Fire Marshal are a plus.
Compensation
Salary is £30,000–£35,000 per annum pro rata for 2 days per week (approximately £12,000–£14,000).
