In this role you’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the whole rental process, keeping everything up to date and dealing with any enquiries or issues.
Location: Winchester
Role: Permanent, Full time / 9-6 / Mon Fri / 1 in 7 Saturdays 9-1

Responsibilities:
- Carry out six-monthly property inspections across the SFH portfolio
- Identify and report maintenance, health & safety and compliance issues
- Coordinate and conduct tenant move-ins, check-ins and check-outs
- Complete and review inventory checks at the start and end of tenancies
- Ensure properties are presented to a high standard prior to occupancy
- Compare check-out conditions against inventories and report damages or issues
- Liaise with contractors, tenants and internal teams as required
- Maintain accurate inspection notes, reports and records on property systems
