We are actively recruiting a mid-level Employment Associate to join the Labor & Employment team of a leading global US law firm in London. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious associate with strong UK employment law experience to work on high-quality, cross-border matters for sophisticated international clients.
The Role
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:
- Employment aspects of corporate and transactional work
- Day-to-day advisory employment law issues
- Multi-jurisdictional and cross-border projects
- Employment Tribunal litigation
- Exposure to pay equity matters and experience working with US-based clients will be viewed favourably.
Candidate Profile
- 3–5 years’ PQE with strong UK employment law experience
- Demonstrable experience across non-contentious employment matters, with Tribunal exposure
- Strong academic background and excellent drafting and analytical skills
- Commercial, client-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to manage multiple matters concurrently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working collaboratively across offices and international teams
Working Environment
The firm is committed to fostering a flexible, collaborative and client-focused culture. This role operates on a hybrid working model, with three days per week in the London office.
