What you'll be doing
You'll programme, set, and operate Cincinnati CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls, working on high-precision components for the power electronics sector. You'll support the production team with assembly work and general factory duties, manage stock movements, and report directly to the CNC Supervisor.
What you'll bring
- Advanced experience programming and operating Cincinnati CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls is desirable.
- A minimum of 5 years in a CNC milling machining role and 2 years specifically programming CNC machines with Heidenhain controls, or similar.
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Effective communication with the sales and production teams.
- Maintain full compliance with health and safety procedures.
- A forklift licence is desirable but not essential.
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider production team are important.
