In this pivotal senior position, you will lead and evolve the Philanthropy and Partnerships strategy, to secure long-term financial sustainability.
This hybrid role is 2 days per week in the Oxford HQ and 3 days working from home. Salary £46,500 plus car allowance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Cultivating and stewarding relationships with major donors, trusts, foundations, corporate partners, and legacy supporters.
- Creating tailored proposals, partnership packages, and high-impact engagement strategies to secure major funding.
- Managing and guiding line reports, supporting recruitment, and fostering team development.
- Overseeing target reporting, managing CRM data (Microsoft Dynamics), and ensuring full compliance with GDPR and CIOF codes.
What You Need:
- Proven track record in a senior fundraising role securing major funding.
- Exceptional stewardship, negotiation, and written/verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing teams and budgets.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Full UK driving license and empathy with the charity's mission (agricultural knowledge is desirable).
