Working for a leading industrial consumable products provider, you’ll ensure nationwide coverage, looking after key accounts, ensuring they are retained as well as strengthened. You’ll cover the Metal sector, giving you access to a broad range of customers and a rapidly growing industry.
Salary – £33,500 + Uncapped Commission (45-50K+ OTE Y1) + Company Car
Location – Ideally resides in Midlands + Nationwide travel to key accounts
Role Type – Permanent / Full Time / 9-5:30 / Mon-Fri

The Role
This role focuses on managing and growing key account relationships by overseeing daily operations, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You’ll keep the CRM system up to date, manage partnership contracts, and ensure all account details, forecasts, and meeting notes are up to date too.
Regular customer meetings and strategic reviews will be essential to evaluate performance, discuss product mix, and highlight growth opportunities. You’ll also conduct customer analysis to ensure margins and sales expectations are met, and work closely with local sales consultants on joint visits to strengthen partnerships.
Account planning will be a core element, helping drive long-term growth, stability, and profitability across both new and existing key accounts.
