Salary: £22,460 per year (term time only, FTE £26,592) and working37 hours per week, 37 weeks per year!

As a Learning Support Assistant your responsibility will be to support students with a range of additional learning needs, helping them succeed both inside and outside the classroom. Working as part of a dedicated support team, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support across a variety of curriculum areas (Entry Level to Level 3).
- Help learners develop their English, maths and study skills.
- Support students during examinations and assessments.
- Maintain accurate records of learner support and progress.
You’ll be patient and enthusiastic, with:
- Experience supporting learners in a classroom setting
- English and Maths at Level 2 (or equivalent)
- An understanding of supporting learners with additional needs (SEND)
- An LSA or TA qualification, or a willingness to work towards one (desirable)
