This role is ideal for someone between roles, covering 8-10 weeks.
Work for a public-facing organization as part of a top HR & Development team, developing and delivering learning activities online and in person.
This is a hybrid role with 50/50 office and remote work in Peterborough. Occasional travel to Bradford may be required.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in OD, L&D, or Training within a broader HR team
- Experience with LMS and eLearning software such as Articulate
- Ability to deliver training, conduct evaluations, and perform training needs analysis (TNA)
The salary is £33,200 for this full-time role, involving various projects, especially around employee wellbeing.
