Would you like to work reception at a highly prestigious name in Financial Services? Are you an experienced corporate receptionist looking for a new role? Maybe someone looking to take on a role in reception with a background in administration and excellent communication skills? Great opportunity to be in a visible position in a fast growing successful organisation. This is a 6 month temp contract to start but has the potential to go full time.

Role: Corporate Receptionist aka Office Administrator, Office Junior, Switchboard

Location: London - City Nr Liverpool Street

Rate: £15 - £20 per hour (c. £35K) - 6 Months Temp to Perm

The role includes:

  • Providing core Corporate Services responsibilities, to include full reception and meeting room management.
  • Answering the switchboard and transferring incoming calls as necessary.
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and offering refreshments.
  • Ordering breakfast, lunches and catering for meetings or local office events.
  • Ensuring Reception and meeting room areas are always kept clean and tidy.
  • Receiving, sorting, and distributing of daily post.
  • Arranging overseas couriers.
  • Ordering stationery and other office supplies.
  • Managing physical access for visitors and guests.
  • Coordinating maintenance call outs.
  • Additional ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
