We are looking for a Digital Conversion Strategist to drive our website and digital conversion rates through website performance analysis. As a CRO Specialist, you will create ideas and strategies around CRO, focusing on website UX and UI, split testing, and data analysis. You will collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance user experience across our website. Excitingly, we are launching a mobile application soon, and you will be involved in improving its UX, UI, and CRO.

Location: Maidstone – Office based, with a close-knit team that enjoys working together.

Salary: Β£50k - Β£60k base salary + great benefits!
