We are looking for an organised and forward-thinking HR Administrator to join a sports outfit based in the Lincolnshire area. As our HR Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle, ensuring records are accurately maintained and providing an efficient and professional HR service to colleagues across the business. You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. As well as enjoying learning new aspects and having a 'can-do attitude', you will:
- Ideally have previous experience working within an HR department but we would consider those from a people-focused environment too
- Have working knowledge of HR systems
- Exhibit excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
