West London HQ

This is a high-impact hybrid role providing top-tier legal and operational support across the entire organisation, working with the Legal Counsel to deliver essential oversight.
What you'll be doing
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements, including property management agreements, NDAs, and supplier contracts.
- Preparing first-draft advice notes and issuing summaries for Counsel review.
- Managing pre-litigation processes and assisting with claims, disputes, and court proceedings.
- Coordinating workflows with internal stakeholders, managing the Legal Inbox, and ensuring all deadlines are meticulously diarised.
- Maintaining document management systems to an audit-ready standard and monitoring changes to government regulations.

Salary on offer circa
£45,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including generous holiday allowance, annual bonus, healthcare and dental cover.
You should have
- An intermediate-to-advanced understanding of contract law, including IP, liabilities, indemnities, and TUPE.
- At least
2 years of paralegal experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked in-house.
- An undergraduate law degree combined with either the
LPC or SQE1 is essential.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential matters.
- A self-starter who avoids ambiguity, embraces technology, and is committed to continuous self-development.
